Seeing the pattern yet? They say it's a good thing and it is not a military weapon. They're lying. It could literally poke a giant hole in the atmosphere bringing on global catastrophe. It's probably at least partially responsible for the severe weather events these days. Is it really worth the incredible risk, just to send messages to submarines? I don't think so. Not until the debate period ended and the approval was granted did they let the public know. Accidents in biological laboratories are much more common than we think. With bush in the white house, the total amorality and lack of ethics and common sense that define his administration, plus the shroud of secrecy in these operations, it's no joke when carrying out the serious business of bio-weapons development in heavily populated areas. It's a disaster waiting to happen.
Why do we need to develop bio weapons at all? NO ENEMY EXISTS that has anything close to what we have. These new diseases are literally created by the government, hence the actual threat of bio weapons is created by them too. This is perfect stupidity.
