TITLE 21 IS BAD MEDICINE
Title 21 is based on the false premise that because medical research to develop new drugs is so important, that private drug developers are entitled to force their treatments and experiments on us, against our will, or without our knowledge or consent, to use us to further their own aims in the name of medical science. And that the government should make laws that allow it to act like it owns the flesh and blood of the people of this country and thereby has the right to give our bodies over to private companies to do with as they choose. Does that work for you?
Could we see some empirical evidence to back up that assertion please? There isn't any such evidence; because this is a self-serving, arrogant criminally subjective opinion, which excludes everyone else's opinions except their own. Is this their idea of furthering medical science to benefit mankind? If it is, they need some dictionaries.
Humanity has survived for thousands of years without the benefit of one single 'modern' scientist, and in spite of endless corrupt governments abusing us. Now that's empirical evidence. It's hard to wriggle out of that one. Could it be that we don't need modern medical science to be able to live well and stay healthy? It could. It obviously could. It's true they could do a lot to help us along; if they weren't so out of control and in love with themselves that they've made us irrelevant to their own goals. How is that helping us?
Modern science suffers from one of man's worst flaws - self adoration. They make the common mistake of thinking that whatever THEY want to do, is automatically and obviously important to everyone else. It's a top priority! That's sheer stupidity. It's also arrogant. But the bottom line is, it's plain wrong. Scientific research is the most important thing in the world to scientists, but it is NOT the most important thing in the world to anyone else.
There are many reasons to resent the intrusion of science and government into our lives, and there is damage in plain sight all around us as a direct result of this constant, mindless drive to come up with new, lucrative ways to manipulate our world. It is never done in the aim of doing good for mankind, it is done in the aim of attaining wealth and fame and if there is some benefit to others on the side, that's fine. But we all know that when there is serious damage and destruction done in the process, it has never stopped them from going right ahead. Not as long as there was wealth to be made for themselves. This is what is behind every branch of modern scientific research. To think otherwise is only being naive.
Doctors and scientists are not the end all and be all of knowledge. They don't own the subject of science. They don't have a monopoly on the knowledge market. They're just a segment of society that concerns itself with the subject of science, but anyone can do that. We can all delve into science on our own. They don't own it. We can all explore and experiment, and we can make amazing discoveries that are every bit as real as any of theirs. In fact, all of the most recent world changing inventions have come from the private sector. Regular guys in their garages who came up with the silicon chip, and the cell phone. These things don't come out of major corporations. Science belongs to all of us. But their arrogance denies that simple truth and our discoveries, our knowledge gained from our own years of hard work is deemed irrelevant by them. Why? Because THEY didn't think of it.
There are other ways to advance honest research that seeks to be of benefit to the people and they can all be accomplished without hurting anyone or depriving anyone of their God given human rights. It means placing the health and welfare of even the most defenseless people in society above the interests of corporate greed, and subjugating science to where it belongs, beneath and below the people where it understands that if it does not serve the people, it does not have any right to exist. It certainly has no right to a single penny of our tax money. It means going slowly, and carefully, erring on the side of caution, protecting the patient and doing everything out in the open, honestly, without any profit motives in sight. The moment profit is the motive, a conflict of interest is so undeniable that the entire undertaking is tainted beyond repair. It's hopelessly bound to be manipulated in the direction of that desired profit. There will always be a question of truth and ethics that will leave a stench and a stain on any outcome for all time.
These are the facts yet somehow, we never hear them spoken. Instead we're being told the outrageous lie that we are obligated to sacrifice ourselves to corporate greed. They say, to be unable to refuse corporate sponsored medical experimentation on us, to deny these corporations our flesh is an unthinkable thing. What severe malady of the brain infects the corporate mind? Could this be any more backwards? What is unthinkable is a government acting as though it has any rights at all, much less the right to feed our flesh to corporate greed. Is there anyone out there who doesn't know that their only goal is to make massive profits? All they want is to develop and market endless new drugs regardless of how dangerous they are, because new drugs mean huge profits. Everything they do, every single thing, they do FOR MONEY. A lot of money.
Their loyalties aren't with us, and their knowledge and training is compromised to support the interests of major pharmaceutical firms and other corporate sponsors, NGO's, and private organizations who give universities billions of dollars to operate in their specialized laboratories. Do you think for one minute they get that money with no strings attached? Hardly.
It's safe to say that not a single scientific research project going on in the United States today, with or without taxpayer funding, is being done to benefit us. We have always funded the research, and when it's done the corporation who wanted it done steps in and turns it into a profit making product, that we again must pay for. We never benefit, and they never give back. This is dishonest at every level. It becomes clear why they are pushing this lie of entitlement to our very flesh and blood. They are criminals and psychopaths who have become so accustomed to using us and profiting off of us that they no longer care to play the game and hide that fact. They are billionaires and they are liars. And now they say they own our bodies.
Their entire claim is that because what they do is so important, they should have every right to use human beings as guinea pigs to experiment on with new drugs and devices, without having to get our informed consent. They say they have the RIGHT to over rule a child's specific wish to NOT be used as a guinea pig. They don't have any such right to anyone's body. There is no right of science to use human beings as play things, no matter what "good cause" they claim they're doing it in the name of.
If we performed scientific experiments in our own home laboratories, at what point could we expect them to show up and perform the service of being our guinea pigs to further our own aims in the sciences? We would assure them it's all for a very good cause. It's only to help people who are in critical shape, to try to develop new drugs and methods to save lives. We'll need human guinea pigs to get there though. Why don't we get some legal right going, to get all those corporate scientists lined up for our trials and experiments against their will, and without their knowledge, or their consent. They don't need to know. What we're doing is important. They just don't understand that. They owe us. I ask you, would that hold up in court? Would it fly for one second in Congress? Would the FDA establish regulations to allow us to reach our own aims in the name of furthering scientific understanding? No effing way. Well we have a serious double standard here then, and it's not working for me.
None of these men have any right to touch any child's body, or any adults body, without absolute permission, and they have no possible claim to over ride another person's free will. It is criminal, I don't care what 'good cause' they say it's for. The choice is not theirs to make.
This whole ugly situation sets a very dangerous precedent that allows these self-important, money hungry, ethically bankrupt, arrogant, self obsessed "scientists" to establish a legal claim to every single one of us on the grounds that their research is important. Is it? Who is it important to? It's testing, experimenting, how can they even make that claim? By definition it's life threatening. Nobody's important enough to use people like lab rats in science experiments. I don't even think they're important enough to use lab rats. They are too comfortable deciding who has the right to live and who doesn't. You can't fail to notice that they always deem themselves worthy of continued existence. It's just everyone else they think is disposable.
These men will never claim responsibility for any harm they perpetrate. They will deny responsibility when what they do causes us harm or death or disability. They will say they are not responsible for us, and they will never feel the suffering, or experience the consequences their wrong doing assaults us with. They can never be harmed by anything they force on us. But we are harmed. It happens every day. Why would that be considered to be their right?
Our highest human right is having control over our bodies and lives. If we don't have that, we don't have anything. That's not freedom. It's slavery. When you don't have the right to maintain control over your own flesh, you are a slave.
To hear these people claim that because they are so magnificent it gives them an unheard of, impossible right to do as they please with other human beings, makes me ill. It is the worst kind of lie there is. Claiming the Right to control another free being on any grounds is false. Making that false claim does not magically bestow that right on you. That is Nazism. If you don't like that word, then try this on for size. It's psychopathy and it's dead wrong. It's assault and battery, it's murder in the first degree. It is not some noble duty in the aim of furthering science. It's criminal.
We are not obligated to sacrifice ourselves on the alter of corporate greed or government hubris and power. If they use their criminality to establish legal precedent to force "medical" treatments on us, we will be at the mercy of people who don't care one iota about trespassing into our lives and using them for their own perverse, selfish reasons. I guarantee you, no one on this earth owes them or anyone else that. Life is precious. And we are worthwhile regardless of anyone elses' opinion. It's not up to them who deserves respect and the right to life, it's up to us.
Whenever anyone approaches you and lies to you to try to get you to hand over something that they have no right to even ask for, you have to know they are not your friends. Friends don't lie, or manipulate, and they don't charge you for their time at $450 an hour! That's not your friend!
All the healing in this world comes from only one place, within our own bodies. No pill or potion in existence can heal a sick body, it never has and it never will. Healing is within us, and only to the extent we feed ourselves healthy food, and drink ample clean water, and breathe healthy clean air, will we be able to give our natural healing systems what they need to fight our infections and heal our cuts and bruises. There is no possibility that any pharmaceutical company will ever create anything that heals us. The whole premise is a filthy lie and their claims of selfless concern for the health of the people are hypocritical enough to make me want to vomit.
None of us must be made into slaves of the government or it's master, the corporation. We have every right to reject the notion, loudly and repeatedly until even their deaf eared souls comprehend that we reject their claims of ownership of the people of this country. No person owns another. None of them have permission to test anything on any of us without our full and informed consent. Now you let them know if that's how you feel because if they don't start hearing it from thousands of us, from millions of us, they will stake their claim forever and it will never be returned to us. You decide if it's worth the discomfort of a phone call to be your own master. If it is, make the call. If it's not, then enjoy your bondage but please, get out of the way of the rest of us who are free, and plan to stay that way. The bottom line is, doing anything to anyone against their will is a crime.
